Flexpress
Product Description
Flexpress 100 is an intumescent strip with a graphite base and a high expansion capability. Flexpress is a fibreless material and expands three-dimensionally during fire. The expansion process begins at a relatively low temperature of 130°C and continues even when high temperatures are reached (>900°C).

Applications
Flexpress 100 is especially suitable for the following applications:
- Filling joints between fire-resistant doors and frames, roller-shutters, windows the adjacent walls
- Filling joints between building elements
- Jointing wall junctions and filling cavities around junctions, pipe ducting and cable compartments
Available sizes
Flexpress 100 can be supplied in rolls or strips, with a self-adhesive layer with PVC or aluminum backing.
- Thickness: ranging from 0.8 – 2.5 mm
- Widths: between 9 and 340 mm
